1) Why is the match date “estimated”?
The matches in Spain are normally played on Sunday evening but can be rescheduled and played on Saturday evening. The football association confirms date and time of each match only 8 days before it takes place. In case you purchase tickets, E&TB will send you an e-mail as soon as the match details are confirmed.
2) When do I get the tickets?
FC BARCELONA & RCD ESPANYOL
- The delivery in Barcelona City for the home matches played by FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol is included in the price of the ticket.
- The delivery of the tickets for the home matches played by FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol can also be carried out in the rest of Spain with a supplement (9.00 €)
- LIGA: The tickets for FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol matches are delivered during the week of the match, by Saturday at 13:00. The tickets con be also picked-up on the day of the match in the centre of Barcelona, from 8.30 to 20.30 (Tourist Information Office, Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona).
- EUROPEAN COMPETITIONS AND MIDDLE WEEK MATCHES: The tickets for FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol are delivered by the day of the match by 13:00. The entrances can also be collected on the day of the match in our pick-up point in the centre of Barcelona, from 8.30 to 20.30 (Tourist Information Office, Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona).
REAL MADRID CF
- The delivery in Madrid City for the home matches played by Real Madrid CF is included in the price of the ticket.
- LIGA: The tickets for Real Madrid CF matches are delivered during the week of the match, by Saturday at 14:00 in Madrid City. The entrances can also be collected at our pick-up point in the centre of Madrid on the day of the match, from 12.00 (Hotel Catalonia Plaza Mayor, calle atocha 36, Madrid).
- EUROPEAN COMPETITIONS AND MIDDLE WEEK MATCHES: The tickets for Real Madrid CF are delivered by the day of the match at 14:00 in Madrid City. The entrances can also be collected at our pick-up point in the centre of Madrid on the day of the match, from 12.00 (Hotel Catalonia Plaza Mayor, calle atocha 36, Madrid).
CLUB ATLÉTICO DE MADRID
- The tickets for the home matches played by Club Atlético de Madrid must be collected on the day of the match from 11:00 at the reception of the museum, at the Vicente Calderon Stadium – next to gate 23.
RCD MALLORCA, MALAGA CF & SEVILLA FC
- The tickets for the home matches played by RCD Mallorca, Malaga CF and SEVILLA FC must be collected at the stadium ticket office before the match. The offices opens 2 hours before the kick off.
OTHER EVENTS
- The delivery details for the other events offered are specified in the confirmation sent together with the confirmation of the tickets purchased
3) Can I get the tickets delivered outside of Spain?
We do not recommend this option for the delivery of your entrances since we can guarantee 100% the success of the delivery in Spain.
4) Can I rely on the staff that work at the reception of my hotel?
Our agent takes the name of the receptionist and the stamp of the hotel when your entrances are delivered. This accurate service guarantees the success of the delivery.
5) Why is the price of the tickets different than the face value?

6) Where will I seat?
The seats are assigned over the last days before of each event. The seats are guaranteed in pairs as described for each category on sale and according to our terms & conditions.
7) Can I buy the tickets as a present for a friend?
Making the booking, you can fill in the billing details with your personal data and then you can use the name of your friend as "Supporter Name". We will deliver the tickets to your friend! We can also prepare an Official Tickets Voucher, just request it after the purchase and you will get it by e-mail.
8) What happen if I can not attend the match I purchased the tickets for?
Tickets are not refundable however E&TB will try to re-sell your tickets and, if successful, we will refund you 100% of the amount paid.
