GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
EATB reserves the right to modify the present legal conditions without prior notice, therefore we recommend that you review them each time you use our services. In case you don't find the answer to your doubts please contact us directly: lopd@spainticketsonline.es
FIRST.- Terms: Below are definitions of key terms used in this document:
- “User”: any person accessing this website to view information, buy tickets, packages etc.
- “Agency”: user specifically created by EATB and provided with special username and password as well as permission to access this website to view information, buy tickets, packages etc..
- “Providers of Goods and Services”: event organizers or promoters and establishments such as sport clubs, hotels, etc.. owners
SECOND.- Object: EATB is an authorized travel agency, code GC974 that through its website acts as an intermediary making it easier to buy tickets and book accommodation from sports clubs, establishments and event organizers.
THIRD.- Requirements: You must be of an adult age to purchase these products. If you are under 18 years of age, we recommend you check this information with your parents or guardians.
Using the on-line purchase service presupposes full and unconditional acceptance and the validity of the general terms and conditions and the general conditions laid down by the suppliers of products and services.
Therefore, we recommend that you read them carefully and in case of any doubt or questions please consult us directly via e-mail lopd@spainticketsonline.es
If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full you will not be able to use our services.
The information you provide us during the purchasing process must be true, complete and accurate. If it is not we cannot guarantee the reservation and will determine your liability against service providers.
FOURTH.- Governing law and dispute resolution: These general terms and conditions are subject to Spanish law. For the settlement of any disputes that may arise under or in relation to these terms or website access, EATB and user agree to abide by the Consumer Arbitration Board of Barcelona. Therefore, EATB and user shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably between them by negotiation.
FIFTH.- EATB Liability Disclaimer: EATB does not provide directly the services promoted in the website. EATB is a travel agency acting as intermediary for suppliers by selling their services (Hotels, sports clubs, organizations and event promoters, etc…) to user.
Therefore, the suppliers will be responsible for any incident related to the services or products provided to the user. In no circumstances shall EATB be liable for the services or products provided.
Service provider bears full responsibility for any suspensions, cancellations, modifications, etc… caused by any circumstances. It’s the sole responsibility of the supplier to provide correct, updated information.
All events are subject to change. It is customer’s responsibility to check the date and time with the event organizer.
However, EATB promises, if we become aware of any such changes, that they will be communicated through our website and we will inform you by using contact details provided at the time of purchase.
SIXTH.- Conditions applicable to every event: In addition to these general terms and conditions, there are also specific conditions which apply to each type of event and service you purchase.

In some cases, we will offer you the ability to add additional services; the amount and details of which will appear separately, prior to confirmation of the purchase.
When you buy tickets + accommodation, the purchased tickets are subjected to additional terms depending on the selected event, and the accommodation booked is subjected to the reservation terms and conditions of the selected Hotel.
We cannot provide hotel reservation without the purchase of the tickets.
FOOTBALL GAME TICKET PURCHASE
General conditions
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TICKET: The purchase of a ticket entitles the bearer access to the football match on the selected day & time and to the corresponding field.
When you purchase match tickets you can choose your preferred area, subject to availability. The row or seat will be assigned later in the area of your choice.
If you buy tickets for the same game, we can guarantee seats together in pairs (next to each other or one in front of the other) according to the conditions we have negotiated with the event organizers or with our suppliers. EATB reserves the right not to fulfill this promise if the event organizers or our suppliers are not able to meet these conditions due to exceptional circumstances.
PRICES: Prices listed in the website are per ticket. Our price is final and includes EATB commission and VAT.
Additional delivery fees may apply if the delivery address provided is outside the city where the match takes place. In any case this information will be displayed before the purchasing process is complete.
We also offer additional services, such as the reservation of accommodation during the event.
The amount and details of this will be displayed separately before the purchasing process is complete. See the accommodation booking conditions at following link.
TICKET PURCHASE: To purchase tickets for this type of events you must use the booking form provided by our website and follow the steps indicated.
Two search systems are available for your convenience. You can filter events of interest by category or by checking the dates in the provided events calendar. In both cases follow the steps:
1º: CHOOSE THE EVENT:
First, select your preferred event and choose the details, dates and number of tickets
Some additional services may have an added cost, if so you will be advised before confirming the purchase.
HOTEL BOOKING (OPTIONAL): To book your stay in one of the hotels we offer in our website follow the steps.
Remember we cannot book hotel accommodation for you without the purchase of tickets.
Select the hotel of your choice and choose the room type, dates and number of nights. The system automatically displays availability.
Each hotel has a link where you can check and download details and services provided by the hotel.
2º: PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PAYMENT METHOD:
Once the selection is completed you will have to provide your personal information and also provide us with the delivery details if this service is available (this will be specified in each case). It is necessary to complete all required fields.
Remember delivery service is available only in Spain.
Also you should choose payment method: credit card or Paypal. Payment via bank transfer is only available for agencies. The bank account number will be specified during the purchase.
3º: PURCHASE CONFIRMATION:
Prior to confirming the purchase review your selection and ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed. If your personal information is inaccurate or insufficient we cannot guarantee the service booked.
4º: PAYMENT:
After confirming the order you must proceed to payment, using the payment method selected, either credit card or Paypal. Payment via bank transfer is only available for agencies. The bank account will be specified during the purchase process.
Under no circumstances will EATB or event promoters collect or have access to your credit card data. All payments are referred directly to a bank through a secure payment gateway.
5º: PAYMENT (SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR AGENCIES):
“TICKETS” OR “TICKETS + HOTEL”
From 1 to 10 tickets the payment policy will be as follows regardless of the number of rooms booked:
- 100% of the total invoice upon confirmation.
For 11 tickets or more, the payment policy will be as follows regardless of the number of rooms booked:
- 50% of the total invoice at the confirmation.
- 50% remaining, 30 days before the estimated match date.
“Special conditions” for FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid CF, Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona and European matches.
Irrespective of the number of rooms booked, for 1 to 10 tickets we will require a 100% payment of the total invoice to confirm the booking.
From 10 tickets on, the payment policy will be as follows:
- 50% of the total invoice upon confirmation.
- 50% remaining, 60 days before the match date.
6º: CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT.
Once your order is placed with EATB, within 24h you will receive a confirmation email with your order details to the email address you have provided. Booking information and details about the cancellation policy will be included.
TICKET COLLECTION AND DELIVERY: You can collect the tickets at our office. You will have to show the printed confirmation email you will receive. This service is subject to availability (you will be informed during the purchase process).

If you prefer, and the service is available (you will be informed during the purchase process) we can deliver tickets with a secure courier service to the given address or to your hotel. If you purchased Tickets + Accommodation, the tickets will be delivered to your hotel, unless specified otherwise.
Any change or modification of the address for the delivery will have to be sent in writing, via fax or email, to EATB.
Remember EATB provides delivery service only in Spain.
Your tickets will be delivered before the event, although the exact delivery date may vary depending on the type of match and teams.
Conditions of Delivery depend on each game. Details as follows:
A) FCBARCELONA & RCD ESPANYOL- The delivery in Barcelona City for the home matches played by FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol is included in the price of the ticket.
- The delivery of the tickets for the home matches played by FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol can also be carried out in the rest of Spain with a supplement (€ 9.00, € 15.00 or € 20.00 depending on the location)
- LIGA: The tickets for FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol matches are delivered during the week of the match, by Saturday at 13:00. The tickets can also be collected at our office on the Friday of the same week, from 14:30 to 18:00. The tickets can also be picked up on the day of the match in the centre of Barcelona, from 8.30 to 20.30 (Tourist Information Office, Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona).
- EUROPEAN COMPETITIONS AND MIDDLE WEEK MATCHES: The tickets for FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol are delivered by the day of the match by 13:00. The tickets can also be collected on the day of the match at our office, from 14:30 to 18:00, or in our pick-up point in the centre of Barcelona, from 8.30 to 20.30 (Tourist Information Office, Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona).
B) REAL MADRID CF
- The delivery in Madrid City for the home matches played by Real Madrid CF is included in the price of the ticket.
- LIGA: The tickets for Real Madrid CF matches are delivered during the week of the match, by Saturday at 14:00 in Madrid City. The tickets can also be collected at our pick-up point in the centre of Madrid on the day of the match, from 12.00 (Hotel Catalonia Puerta del Sol, calle atocha 23, Madrid).
- EUROPEAN COMPETITIONS AND MIDDLE WEEK MATCHES: The tickets for Real Madrid CF are delivered by the day of the match at 14:00 in Madrid City. The tickets can also be collected at our pick-up point in the centre of Madrid on the day of the match, from 12.00 (Hotel Catalonia Puerta del Sol, calle atocha 23, Madrid).
C) CLUB ATLÉTICO DE MADRID
- The tickets for the home matches played by Club Atlético de Madrid must be collected from the stadium on the day of the match from 11:00 on.
D) RCD MALLORCA, MALAGA CF & SEVILLA FC
- The tickets for the home matches played by RCD Mallorca, MALAGA CF & SEVILLA FC must be collected at stadium ticket offices before the match. The offices open 2 hours before the kick off.
No additional charges for delivery within the city of the event. Additional charges apply for deliveries outside the city. Additional fees depend on location and will be indicated prior to delivery.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: The following cancellation policy regarding football tickets will apply as follows:
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
The CANCELLATION of individual reservations (up to 10 reserved tickets) will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the EXPENSES.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
The policy of CANCELLATIONS for GROUPS RESERVATIONS (more than 10 reserved tickets) will be as detailed below:
- From the confirmation of the purchase up to twenty-five (25) days prior to the EVENT, the reduction or modification in the number of tickets of the reservation that does not exceed 25% will not have any CANCELATION FEE. All reductions or modifications that exceed the mentioned percentage will have CANCELLATION fees of 100%.
- All modification or reduction in the number of tickets of the reservations, communicated from twenty-four (24) days prior to the event, will have CANCELLATION fees of 100%.
- Any change or modification of the reservations will have to be sent in writing, via fax or email, to EATB
- The change in the day of the Match will not effect any change in these conditions.
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY: This cancellation policy is only valid for the following games:
FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid CF
Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona
European Competitions
Any Final
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS (Special Policy)
The CANCELLATION of individual reservations (up to 10 reserved tickets) will have 100% cancellation fees.
GROUP RESERVATIONS (Special Policy)
Irrespective of the number of rooms booked, the CANCELLATION policy for GROUPS RESERVATIONS (more than 10 reserved tickets), will be as detailed below:
- From the confirmation of the purchase up to sixty (60) days prior to the EVENT, any reductions or modifications in the number of tickets of the reservation that does not exceed 25% will not have CANCELATION FEE. All reductions or modifications that exceed the mentioned percentage will have CANCELLATION fees of 100%.
- All modifications or reductions in the number of tickets of the reservations, communicated from fifty-nine (59) days prior to the event, will have CANCELLATION fees of 100%.
- Any change or modification to the reservations will have to be sent in writing, via fax or email, to EATB.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS: You are not allowed to resell you ticket. It is illegal to resell tickets in Spain.
It is your sole responsibility to fulfill the terms of use and conditions imposed by the Event Organizer; you can check the terms and conditions directly at the event ticket boxes or by contacting the event customer service. The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission and carry out public inspection at the entrance.
However, we would like to warn you of some causes that can prevent you from accessing to the premises:
- if you enter with food, beverages, weapons, flares, fireworks or similar items.
- if you enter with or exhibit signs, symbols, emblems or slogans that incite violence
- if you have been banned from any stadium
- if ticket duplication is detected
- if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, stimulants or similar substances
- if you do not respect the law, show good behaviour and maintain public order.
F1 TICKET PURCHASE
General conditions
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TICKET: The purchase of a F1 ticket entitles the bearer access to the F1 circuit on the selected day & time and corresponding venue..
When you purchase F1 tickets you can choose your preferred area, subject to availability. The row or seat will be assigned later in the area of your choice.
If you buy tickets for the same GP, we can guarantee seats together in pairs (next to each other or one in front of the other) according to the conditions we have negotiated with the event organizers or with our suppliers. EATB reserves the right not to fulfill this promise if the event organizers or our suppliers are not able to meet these conditions due to exceptional circumstances.
PRICES: Same as Football Game ticket purchase.
TICKET PURCHASE: Same as Football Game ticket purchase.
TICKET COLLECTION AND DELIVERY: You can collect the tickets at our office. You will have to show the printed confirmation email you will receive. This service is subject to availability (you will be informed during the purchase process).

A) F1 Barcelona
- The delivery in Barcelona City for the home F1 Race has a supplement of 10.00 €.
- The delivery of the tickets for the F1 Race can also be carried out in the rest of Spain with a supplement of 19.00 €.
- The F1 Race tickets are delivered during the week of race, on Tuesday morning outside Barcelona City and by Wednesday at 13:00 in Barcelona City. The tickets can also be collected at our office on the same week, from 9:00 to 17:00.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Any CANCELLATION will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the EXPENSES.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS: Same as Football Game ticket purchase
MOTO GP TICKET PURCHASE
General conditions
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TICKET: The purchase of a Moto GP ticket entitles the bearer access to the Moto GP circuit on the selected day & time and corresponding venue.
When you purchase Moto GP tickets you can choose your preferred area, subject to availability. The row or seat will be assigned later in the area of your choice.
If you buy tickets for the same GP, we can guarantee seats together in pairs (next to each other or one in front of the other) according to the conditions we have negotiated with the event organizers or with our suppliers. EATB reserves the right not to fulfill this promise if the event organizers or our suppliers are not able to meet these conditions due to exceptional circumstances.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
General conditions
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE HOTEL BOOKING: You will obtain all Hotel details prior to your booking. In case you don't find the answers to your doubts please contact the hotel directly.
You are allowed to book a maximum of 4 rooms per person, if you would like to book more rooms please contact us at: info@spainticketsonline.es
PRICES: Prices shown in our website are per room per night. Prices shown include EATB commission and VAT.
If you require additional services, details and fees will be displayed prior to purchase.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: To confirm the check-in and check-out times or communication about late arrival or check-out you should contact your selected hotel directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The following cancellation policy regarding hotel accommodation will apply as follows:
- Until (25) days prior to the check-in date, the reductions or modifications in the number of rooms or number of nights of the reservation will not have CANCELATION FEE.
- From (24) days onwards prior to the check-in date there will be cancellation fees of 100%.
- Any change or modification to the room reservation will have to be sent in writing, via fax or email, to EATB
- We need to receive fifteen (15) days before the event the full name list for each room in order to guarantee the room reservation.
- The change in the day of the Match will not effect any change in these conditions.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS: It is your sole responsibility to fulfill the terms and conditions imposed by the hotel. You can check the terms and conditions at the hotel reception.

In order to book accommodation we will have to disclose your personal data to the hotel where you plan to stay. We may share your personal data to some public authorities, venues, event organizers or promoters with the purpose of processing your orders and delivering the services that you have ordered.
The credit card number and any other information you input when purchasing tickets or booking hotel are held in a secure environment and transferred trough a secure getaway. EATB, organizations and event promoters do not have access to this information.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.
